In this session, I will present my Click-to-Close process of tracking content from the moment a prospect clicks on your link to the moment that a sales opportunity is realized. If marketers can show their influence on a business opportunity, then they earn a seat at the table beside (or in front of) their Sales colleagues. This session will dig into tracking content URLs and clicks by using UTM parameters and tracking these into your CRM. Click-to-Close is about showing marketing’s impact on the bottom line.
