Her passion for new marketing mediums and agile processes was a catalyst for Dagger's founding and remains a cornerstone of Dagger's DNA. Carla is responsible for driving and delivering against integrated strategies for Dagger’s clients as well as incubating new agency disciplines and differentiators. Prior to founding Dagger, Carla spent six years at Engauge where she was accountable for Engauge’s innovation portfolio. Under her leadership, Engauge’s social media practice grew 900%, shifting from an incubated service to a full-fledged discipline. As social matured, she refocused to lead mobile. She has delivered best-in-class work for clients including Chick-fil-A, The Hershey Company, Martha Stewart, and The Coca-Cola Company, and has been published by Mashable and Internet Retailer. She was named Up and Coming Marketer of the Year by the Technology Association of Georgia. Outside of Dagger, Carla loves any time spent with her young daughters, her techprenuer husband, and her energetic labradoodle.
